  • How do I get started?

    Call or email us to schedule your free walk-through. We will write up a summary, price and get you on the schedule.

  • How will Sabine’s Lifestyle keep its customers safe during COVID-19?

    All employees have been educated on how to clean properly and stay protected during the COVID-19 outbreak. They have been advised that they will not be allowed to work if they are ill, if anyone in their household is ill, or if they have knowingly been exposed to COVID-19.  We are asking every customer to please advise us if anyone in the household has had a fever, cough, is feeling ill, has been exposed to the virus or has traveled. All employees must get their temperature taken prior to starting their shift, as well as wear a mask in the office and wash their hands for a full 20 seconds. The office, the cars, and all equipment is sanitized prior to the start of the workday, and numerous times throughout the day. Fresh and newly laundered cleaning supplies are always used so germs are not spread from one home to another.

    Effective immediately, every employee will be required to practice social distancing while working as much as practical, and we are requiring they wear masks and gloves during every clean, as well as in the cars to lessen the probability of contamination for both our clients and employees. We are taking a little extra time in each home to wipe remote controls, alarm and thermostat pads, switches, toilet handles and so on. Surfaces frequently touched by multiple people, such as door handles, desks, phones, light switches, and faucets, will be cleaned and sanitized with a bleach solution.

  • How are surfaces disinfected during COVID-19?

    Routine cleaning and disinfecting are an important part of reducing the risk of exposure to COVID-19. Normal routine cleaning with an all-purpose cleaner alone can reduce risk of exposure and is a necessary step before disinfecting dirty surfaces. High touch surfaces are then treated with a disinfectant bleach solution, or a preferred antibacterial product provided by the customer. Care is taken to reduce the likelihood of cross-contamination between surfaces.

  • Can I trust your staff in my home?

    Yes, all our employees undergo a background check, a thorough interview process and a very extensive training program. We have strict policies in place. We come in teams. We understand that having people in your home is a big deal.

  • Will the team be the same every time?

    We will make every effort to keep the lead person of the team the same for each visit, and we’ll try to assign you the same associates as well. The team leader is specifically trained to clean your home to your specifications.

  • Is Sabine’s Lifestyle licensed and bonded?

    Yes, Sabine’s is a fully licensed bonded and insured company. All our staff are uniformed, trained, W-2 payroll employees.

  • Will the team always come at the same time?

    We try to arrive at the same time for each cleaning appointment (early AM, later AM, early PM, or later PM). We email all our clients 48 hours in advance with an approximate arrival time – so you can plan ahead.

  • How do we arrange for entry?

    Some of  our clients leave their home unlocked, hide a key, or give as an entrance code to the garage door. Some clients give us keys, which are kept locked in the office safe and only have a client’s number attached – no name or address.

  • What about my pets?

    Your pets are very important to us. Every situation is different, and we would discuss your pets during our initial walk through.

  • Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

    Yes, we bring all our own supplies and tools. We only use high quality equipment and environmentally friendly products. All our products are safe on any surface.

  • Are the cleaning supplies you use environmentally friendly?

    Yes, all our products are environmentally friendly and safe on all surfaces, safe for your pets or children. They are also “almost” odor free.

  • Can I request a special task at the time of service?

    If it is a smaller request, sure, just leave a note for the crew. Any more major changes to the usual routine, we ask that you email in advance so we can make adjustments to our schedule if needed. Also, a special request requiring more time will be at extra charge. Some homes require very individual service due to their size and usage, and we would consider that a “custom” service provided at an hourly rate.

  • Will I be always charged the same?

    Yes, unless you are on a custom service (see above), add special requests, or cleaning is required beyond the original agreement.

  • Will the team be informed and know what to do in my home?

    Yes, all our clients have an information sheet with all the specifics of your home’s requirements. The team lead will brief the crew and during travel time all employees are familiarized with the specifics about your home.

  • How does payment work?

    We bill at the end of each month for the past month’s services. Most of our clients pay using automatic bill pay from their banks. You may also pay with a personal check.

  • What if I have to cancel a service appointment?

    We ask that you cancel as early as possible for planned vacation or other reasons, no later than the Thursday for the upcoming week. For short notice or emergency cancellations, we ask if possible that you reschedule. All customers’ appointments are uniquely scheduled and we like to keep a consistent schedule and fill a spot if it becomes available.
